
Registration
Pre- registration will start on February 17, 2025, from 13h30 to 17h00, at Level -1 of the conference venue.
Registration will continue on February 18, 2025, from 09h30 to 12h00. The procedure will apply for the rest of the days. You can come to the registration desk with your confirmation email and you will be able to collect your badge.
If you are unable to pre-register on February 17 or 18, you can register on any of the following days.
On the first day of the conference, you will be asked to show your confirmation email with your ID number of your participation to the conference which will have a personal ID number for each delegate. You will receive this email a few days before the event.
Once inside the ENSAM, you will get your badge at the Conference Secretariat desk. Make sure to wear your badge at all times each time you want to access to the venue.
There will be no bag storage or supervision inside the Venue. Therefore, every delegate will be responsible of their own bag.
